Role and Responsivities:
The Research Manager/ Senior Research Manager responsible for executing customized market research projects for the corporate clients. The profile requires the candidates to work with his/her senior research team on key milestones of the project. This includes discussions with the clients, proposal writing, questionnaire preparation, analysis and report writing. The role requires working closely with the Research Director, Business Head ensuring the successful execution of the work. 
Responsibilities.
 Work directly with clients to understand their business questions and turn them into actionable research plans.
 Draft proposals and lead projects from start to finish.
 Guide and mentor junior researchers, helping them grow and succeed.
 Review and validate questionnaires and survey designs to make sure everything is spot on.
