Description of Group/Project The Ultrafast Dynamics in Nanoscale Systems Group investigates the fundamental properties of emerging quantum materials using advanced optical and electronic characterization techniques. This position will support a research line focused on optoelectronics in two-dimensional materials and moiré superlattices. The research combines quantum transport measurements, ultrafast terahertz spectroscopy, and device engineering to explore novel quantum phenomena and develop photonic and optoelectronic concepts for future quantum technologies. 
Main Tasks and Responsibilities Support the design, assembly, maintenance, and optimization of experimental setups for terahertz photocurrent and quantum transport measurements.
