Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to room reservations in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Manage guest bookings using the hotel’s reservation system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Provide information on room rates, availability, packages, and hotel facilities to potential guests.

  • Process modifications and cancellations of reservations, ensuring all updates are reflected correctly.

  • Upsell rooms and promote hotel services to maximize revenue.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, events, and policies.

  • Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for seamless guest experience.

  • Maintain guest confidentiality and data privacy in all communications and systems.

  • Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports for management review.
