Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Provide detailed information about room types, rates, packages, and resort amenities
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our reservation management system
  • Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue
  • Assist guests with modifying or canceling reservations as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are met
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, events, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Generate reports and maintain reservation records as required
