Reservations Coordinator
This position is responsible for assisting Tour Consultants in the daily bookings to suppliers and making sure all blockings and payments are done accurately.

Responsibilities
- Tour Arrangement: Coordinate with TC and Suppliers to ensure tour bookings are managed and confirmed.
- Administration: Responsible for the preparation and processing of invoices and documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Customer Service: Respond to phone calls/emails in a timely and professional manner ensuring highest levels of service at all times.
Job Requirement
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Tourism Management/Hospitality/Business or any other related field.
