Job Description

Responsibilities

The primary objective will be to maximize the yield of the hotel by directing, controlling and co‑ordinating all reservation activities.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the position within luxury hospitality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud (configuration, reporting, inventory, segmentation, and rate control).
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Forbes, AAA, and LQA standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
