A Resident Construction Manager (RCM) key role and responsibility involves overseeing construction projects from start to finish, managing site expenses / Cost control, schedules, resources, quality control, adherence to Safety regulations, while acting as the key liaison between clients, contractors, sub-contractors, architects, and engineers, ensuring compliance with codes and reporting progress to stakeholders.
