Job Description

Resident Engineer The Resident Engineer  is responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Ensures compliance of the Mall (establishment) in the standards set forth by the government agencies and local government units. 
About the Role The Resident Engineer is responsible for overseeing the mall’s equipment operations to ensure efficient and safe utility provision. 
Responsibilities Oversee MEPFS operations and maintenance to ensure all mall mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
