Technical Support & Troubleshooting Resolve
1.L2/L3 escalations for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and system peripherals.
2.Troubleshoot OS issues across Windows 10/11, macOS, and standard enterprise applications.

System Administration & Security
1.Configure user profiles and maintain Active Directory (AD) or Azure AD for account creation and group permissions.
