Resident Maintenance Technician, Property Management (Victoria, BC)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service by responding professionally and promptly to resident inquiries, greeting tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Lead the full life cycle of the resident process.
• Conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Assist in providing welcome or move‑out packages to residents.
• Assist tenants with onboarding to the building tenant portal.
• Complete scheduled inspections of the building, its exterior, units and amenities (if applicable) to ensure all are maintained to a high standard.
• Conduct move‑in and move‑out inspections as required.
