Resident Relations & Housing Operations Lead

Nanyang Technological University is looking for a passionate individual to join the Office of Campus Housing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing hostel applications, ensuring high-quality accommodations, and providing excellent customer service to students.

Your responsibilities will include billing management, engaging with residents, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and at least 3 years of experience in residential management or customer service, ideally in a student housing context.
