Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive site supervision for all architectural and interior design works.
- Review all drawings and specifications to ensure site execution is carried out in accordance with the approved plans/ drawings and specifications.
- Assist the Architect/Designer in site supervision and facilitate seamless coordination with other consultants’ site staff. Highlighting discrepancies, providing feedback on site progress, safety, and non-conformances to the Consultants and Client.
- Conduct quality control checks of all architectural finishing works, including the inspection of materials, finishes, and workmanship standards.
- Proactively highlight discrepancies, safety concerns, and non-conformances to the Consultants and the Employer.
- Provide formal weekly reports summarizing site activities, identified issues, proposed corrective actions, and the status of implemented solutions.
