Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical Systems, ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), Plumbing and Sanitary Systems, Fire Protection Systems, and ELV systems.
- Supervise electrical installations including power distribution systems, switchboards, transformers, cable containment systems, lighting, emergency lighting, and earthing systems.
- Inspect ACMV works including chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, ductworks, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, and control systems.
- Monitor Plumbing and Sanitary (P&S) installations, including water supply systems, sanitary pipe works, drainage systems, pumps, and water storage tanks.
