This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Review and endorse all drawings from authorities and contractors.
- Provide necessary endorsements as required by relevant authorities.
- Supervise all site works, including civil, architectural, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, and sewer systems.
- Oversee full-time supervision for new building erection works.
- Coordinate with contractors, QP(S), QP(D), agencies, interfacing contractors, and consultants.
