Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course with at least one year of experience in a construction or real estate companies handling documentation and control on housing application.
- Processes buyer's loan application (loan document signing, and other pertinent documents from reservation, creditor's approval, and creation of buyer's record up to the move-in process).
- Communicate information orally and in the form of presentations or written reports and the knowledge of how to provide clear and understandable instructions to colleagues, clients, customers and superiors.
- Manage tasks and accomplish them at a given time and schedule ensuring the accuracy of the job and productivity.
- Operate and familiar with different software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Spread Sheet, Adobe) and other required departmental or company software.
