Residential Real Estate Valuations Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential real estate valuations using standard methodologies (comparables, DCF, residual, income approach)
- Build and maintain valuation models in Excel
- Support divestment strategy with market analysis, pricing recommendations, and scenario modeling
- Prepare valuation reports and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and external counterparties
- Track residential market trends, comparable transactions, and pricing benchmarks across target geographies
- Partner with the commercial team to align valuations with go-to-market strategy
- Contribute to repricing exercises on the existing portfolio
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of experience in real estate valuations, with strong focus on residential assets
