We have an immediate opening for a Residential Service Lead Garage Door Technician in our Edmonton Branch. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Lead Technician will service and install overhead doors. This role is a permanent, full-time position. There is the possibility of on call and overtime.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Installing Sectional (includes FinDoor), Rolling steel, Fire Doors, High Speed Doors, Security Grilles, Roll Shutters, Bifold
Servicing, and diagnose problems, provide solutions, and carry out required work on overhead doors
Regularly communicate and coordinate with the scheduler on problem solving, provide solutions and required parts if needed.
