PALAZZO VERSACE DUBAI in Dubai seeks a Customer Service Officer to handle tenant and owner complaints, manage maintenance issues, and coordinate documentation for move-ins and move-outs. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in residential apartments or apartment hotels, be proficient in English and have a flexible approach to tasks. Knowledge of MS Office and Opera, as well as experience in Dubai, is essential. Russian speaking is a plus.
