Residential Supervisor II - On Grounds Program

The Department of Mental Health Southeast Area's On Grounds Adult Residential Program is seeking dynamic human service professional and exceptional and experienced residential administrator to direct the day-to-day operation of 24/7 staffed adult group living environment within a 47 bed State operated program serving the Southeast Area. As Residential Supervisor, this individual will maintain a therapeutic atmosphere, a strength based and person centered focus, and provide recovery oriented supports to individuals with chronic mental illness by demonstrating knowledge of DMH regulations regarding Adult Residential programs; program procedures; and coordination of all aspects of the program with assigned staff which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that each person served needs are met; that Individual Action Plans are developed and followed by staff; that appropriate and timely documentation occurs; and that safe staffing is in place.
