- 2 work schedules: 8am - 5.30pm and 11am- 8.30pm
- Manage front desk duties during check-ins and handling of telephone enquiries.
- Perform escalations of complex queries or requests to Ops Manager, where necessary.
- Handle onsite requests and provide assistance during resorts operation hours.
- Coordinate with security team on special vehicles/persons entering the premises be it vendors/occupants/contractors.
- Account for damages, loss of equipment, defects after check-outs, to be recorded on electronic check-in forms.
- Communicate additional charges to occupants and escape any appeal cases to the Ops Manager.
