Egnatia Aviation is seeking a Resource Planner to join our Approved Training Organization team and play a vital role in supporting to our flight training operations.
🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Resource Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, optimizing resource use, and supporting day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Resource Manager and operational teams, you’ll ensure aircraft and instructor availability, maintain compliance through the flight planning system and help keep training activities on track. The position requires onsite presence and operates on a shift schedule.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create and support the planning and the execution of flight training schedules
Coordinate with Maintenance/CAMO to secure aircraft availability and handle operational disruptions
Manage the flight planning system, communicate schedules and ensure regulatory compliance
