  • Experienced in Headhunting for the level manager and up.
  • Experienced handling full cycle of recruitment process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Independent and Communicative.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas, Data Modeling).
  • Experience in creating financial simulations or manpower cost analysis.
  • Good in English (both written and speaking).
