Role Overview
As a Resources Right of Way Business Class Leader (BCL) within HDR’s Resources Business Group, you will lead and coordinate the right‑of‑way technical services, supporting growth, quality delivery, and technology implementation across the Power, Waste, and Industrial sectors.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supporting technical excellence initiatives and collaboration across HDR right‑of‑way teams.
- Supporting the development and implementation of technical tools, standards, and recommended practices.
- Supporting awareness and integration of emerging technologies and delivery approaches.
- Assisting with recruitment, mentoring, onboarding, and staff development efforts.
- Supporting coordination of qualified right‑of‑way resources across projects and regions.
- Supporting knowledge transfer initiatives, lessons learned discussions, and best practice sharing.
