- Ensuring the successful execution of high-impact aerospace projects, Integration and analysis of time, cost, resources, and quality data.
- Program / Project planning and scheduling, including breakdown structures.
- Risk and opportunity management.
- Performance monitoring (milestones tracking), control and reporting, phase reviews.
- Contractual Data Configuration Control / Change management.
- PM process and tools implementation management.
