This role involves collaborating on new product development tailored to aluminum applications, engaging with customers to understand their needs, aligning R&D and production efforts with industrial manufacturing processes, actively prospecting new customers, expanding into new markets, and representing our company at industry events. The ideal candidate will have a technically proficient in metals with strong communication skills and a passion for promoting innovative solutions.
