About the Role

  • Develop annual strategic business plans to drive profit, growth, and activation with distributors.

  • Achieve sales and gross margin objectives in line with budget requirements.

  • Efficiently manage the sales planning cycle and promotional budget to ensure maximum return on investment.

  • Ensure high execution standards for the Dyson brand both online and in-store.

  • Optimize shopper and consumer understanding through effective category management and data analysis.

  • Drive E-Commerce performance on distributors’ websites, focusing on traffic, conversion, average basket, and sales.
