  • Run daily operations with a visible floor presence and calm, professional leadership.




  • Be the face of the brand: greet tables, host VIPs, handle media and PR moments, represent the restaurant at industry events, and nurture community and partner relationships.




  • Set strategy and measurable goals for growth, guest experience, and profitability.




  • Build and manage budgets; control COGS, labour, and operating expenses to maximize EBITDA.




  • Establish clear policies, SOPs, and service standards to ensure consistent execution.




  • Recruit, onboard, schedule, and develop a high-performance team.




  • Coach, assess, and performance-manage staff and leaders; conduct regular check-ins and reviews.




  • Monitor sales mix and KPIs; analyze trends and implement improvements.
