A high-volume, all-day restaurant operation in Oxford is looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead from the front. This is a fast-paced, premium environment with multiple revenue streams including restaurant dining, private events and terrace service. The role suits someone hands-on, commercially sharp and confident managing large teams while maintaining high standards across service and guest experience.
The role:
Lead daily operations across a busy, multi-faceted restaurant environment
Be highly visible on the floor - driving standards, service and energy across every shift
Build, coach and develop a strong management and front of house team
Take full ownership of guest experience, resolving feedback and driving repeat business
Manage rotas, staffing levels and recruitment to meet business demand
