Position Summary:
This position is responsible for welcoming, seating and presenting menus to guests according to department policies and procedures.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
+ Coordinates all guest seating in accordance with proper station rotation
+ Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
+ Takes guest information and quotes accurate wait time or maintains an orderly line, depending upon specific restaurant procedures, when tables are not immediately available
+ Answers phones, assists guests and takes messages as needed
