Job Description
Located in Coogee NSW, Louie is a restaurant currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Menu planning in collaboration with the chefs to produce innovative dishes
- Organising and planning events to benefit the restaurant community and create excellent experiences for new and existing customers
- Organising and pricing items in accordance with a preset budget
- Keeping track of inventory levels and financial transactions
- Assuring that eating facilities are clean, functional and in accordance with health regulations
- Ensuring the selection, training and supervision processes of hiring new personnel are in order
- Handling bookings, greeting customers and assisting with service operations through the supervision of the whole restaurant
