Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the front desk ordering, cashing, and ensure the smooth running of the restaurant. You will be our first line brand ambassador, responsible for providing an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the front desk ordering and cashing
- Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
- Manage and train front desk staff
- Handle customer complaints and issues
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the catering industry, including one year of management experience
- Good interpersonal skills and service attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good team spirit
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
