Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage daily F&B operations and reporting for our hotel. The role includes implementing and following daily checklists for bar, confectionery, and opening/closing procedures, preparing and submitting sales, inventory, and wastage reports , and coordinating with the marketing and kitchen teams for menu planning, events, and promotions.
Job Description: 
Implement and follow daily checklists for opening, bar, confectionery, and closing operations. Prepare and submit daily sales, F&B inventory, bar, confectionery, and coffee machine reports. Track and report wastage, monitor product shelf life, and identify areas for cost reduction. Conduct monthly meetings with Marketing to discuss menu trends, customer preferences, pricing, and event planning.
