Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (preferably in a boutique or luxury hotel environment)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Financial understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
