Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations: ensure the smooth running of the outlet, maintaining luxury standards in service, quality, and presentation at all times.
- Drive departmental performance: take ownership of KPIs, revenue, cost control, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant profitability.
- Develop revenue strategies: maximize F&B sales through promotions, dining experiences, and upselling to increase average check and profitability.
