The Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in the overall success of the Hotel School Restaurant. The incumbent will develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities Supervise staff and ensure proper utilization and maintenance of restaurant equipment. Maintain strict control over the budget. Manage academic and skill training of students in accordance with Quality Assurance criteria. Oversee student training in the Restaurant and Conference Centre. Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities Management of restaurant and conference operations Develop and submit operational plans to the Director. Align hotel school objectives with restaurant training and operations. Ensure high standards of food and beverage service, safety, and hygiene.
