Description Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of food and supplies. Develop and implement strategies to enhance restaurant sales and increase profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as food quality standards.
Requirements Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in restaurant management. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to manage a diverse team. Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in a restaurant context. Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Working Conditions: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
