The successful candidate will oversee the efficient operation of a high-end dining venue, while also supporting related guest service areas within the property.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team and Head Chef, the Restaurant Manager will ensure world‑class service delivery and an unforgettable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and associated service areas
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
• Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Collaborate with the Sommelier on wine and beverage offerings and recommendations
• Ensure wine lists and beverage offerings remain accurate and up to date
