• Supervise, lead, and motivate the front‑of‑house team, including waiting staff, hosts, and bar staff, to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from opening to closing.
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and the overall flow of the dining room to optimise capacity and guest satisfaction.
• Act as a point of contact for guest feedback, promptly and professionally resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in the training and development of new and existing team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menus, service standards, and procedures.
