Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and efficient team atmosphere.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure consistency and maintain budgetary goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or any related field.
  • POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
  • Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
