• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff to enhance performance.
• Manage customer relations, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract customers.
• Knowledgeable in handling restaurant and bar operations including company events.
• Experienced in guest engagement and transactions including handling and resolving conflicts and complaints.
• Can create food and beverage (F&B) promotions.
• Equipped in preparing F&B reports.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills; able to work well with others.
