We’re working with a highly regarded national law firm to recruit a Principal Associate into its specialist Restructuring & Insolvency team, part of a broader top-tier Banking & Finance practice .

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, partner-led team operating across Birmingham and London , advising on a wide range of distressed, restructuring and insolvency matters for lenders, corporates, investors, and insolvency practitioners.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, growing team working on a broad mix of non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, with regular collaboration across finance, disputes, and pensions teams.
