Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Provide product information, advice, and recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.

Merchandising and Inventory

  • Replenish shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries.
