Retail Associate

Job Summary

The Retail Associate supports the execution of retail operations, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, store expansion projects, and brand activations. Working closely with the Retail Head and cross-functional teams, the role helps ensure the smooth implementation of business initiatives that drive sales growth and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare sales reports and monitor retail performance to support business planning.
• Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
• Work with the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce teams to align promotional activities and online content.
