What you'll be doing:


  • Stay informed about current product lines and outlet promotions to assist customers in finding the best deals and styles.

  • Maintain your assigned area by keeping shelves stocked, organised, and neat, ensuring products are easy to locate.

  • Deliver a welcoming and efficient shopping experience by being approachable, helpful, and solution oriented.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and assist with stock replenishment and transfers to keep inventory flowing smoothly.

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and a friendly attitude, creating a positive impression for every customer.
  • What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail or sales, especially in apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG, is advantageous.

  • A Secondary Certificate or qualification in Retail Management is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
