Title: Retail Experience Manager (CHANEL & Distributed Brands)

Department: Commercial

Reports locally to: National Retail Experience Manager

Objectives

Lead the sales strategy and execution across multiple points of sale, with a strong focus on driving sell‑out performance and enhancing the customer experience.

Ensure optimal resource allocation, manage negotiations with clients and distributors, and oversee the implementation of commercial and marketing initiatives to support long‑term sustainable growth.

Team Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, evaluate, and develop high‑performing teams, including Supervisors and Beauty Advisors, with the support of Human Resources.
  • Monitor commission calculations, product launches, and reimbursements.
