  • Supporting the further development and optimization of store formats (mainly small formats Smart and Xpress)

  • KPI tracking for format performance

  • Analyzing performance and identifying optimization potentials for the Smart and Xpress formats

  • Ensuring the implementation of international concepts and guidelines within the countries

  • Managing and supporting projects related to the expansion and continuous improvement of the small store formats

  • Ensuring alignment of country-specific roll-outs with group-wide strategies

  • Facilitating the exchange of best practices between countries and the international holding

  • Degree in business administration or related fields

  • Experience in retail strategy, store portfolio optimization, format development or network planning
