What You’ll Be Doing

You will own and deliver retail revenue, profitability and partner performance within a core market. This role sets and drives the local retail strategy, ensuring sustainable growth through strong customer management, disciplined investment and excellent in‑store execution. You will take accountability for commercial outcomes, lead planning across key partners and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will guide the team to respond quickly to performance trends, optimise results and build a strong, commercially focused team culture.
