Job Description

**Within the dedicated Retail Operations team, you will**:
- Handle tickets in the Service Now tool while adhering to SLAs.
- Enhance operational monitoring procedures.
- Define, evolves, and/or implement technical or functional monitoring services for the Retail scope, especially to accelerate the automation of incident detection and resolution.
- Be responsible for hosting and operating Retail Solutions
- Drive technical projects (e.g., infrastructure migration, data center relocation, DRP testing).
- Be responsible for productions releases installation.
**Internally, Collaborates particularly with**:
- Project teams (responsible for code evolution and release management)
- Cross functional support team (problem management)
- Business teams, supporting Retail solution users.
- Level support team, which is in direct contact with stores.
