As Retail Recruiter, you’ll support the talent strategy across Iberia, partnering with local HR and business managers to deliver inclusive hiring for retail store positions, corporate interns, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including line manager briefings, targeted search strategies, and onboarding.
• Deliver a high‑quality recruitment service that provides candidates and managers with timely insights and feedback.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) within your recruitment slates and ensure compliance with local hiring laws.
• Maintain Workday – create requisitions, post openings, monitor hiring pipelines, and ensure data accuracy for audits.
• Review hiring documentation and labor contracts for compliance.
