Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers on-site to promote products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Track sales activities and customer interactions sales reports.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, services, and customer experiences.
